Port of Indonesia Regional 3 Cruise First Semester 2025 Performance Report

First and foremost, we extend our sincere appreciation for the continued collaboration and trust in calling at our ports throughout Eastern Indonesia. Your support has been instrumental in the strong recovery and ongoing growth of cruise operations within our region.

Pelindo Regional 3 is pleased to share the performance highlights from the first semester of 2025, which reflect both our operational progress and the collective efforts made to support cruise excellence in Indonesia.

Key Performance Highlights (January–June 2025):

  • 107 cruise ship calls recorded across Regional 3 ports – a 68% increase compared to the same period last year.

  • 224,136 cruise passengers served – representing a 69% year-on-year growth.

The Port of Benoa (Bali) continues to lead with 86,616 passengers and 37.4% of total ship calls, reaffirming its role as a primary turnaround and transit port for large vessels in the region. Ports such as Lembar, Tanjung Emas, Celukan Bawang, and Tanjung Perak also played vital roles in serving diverse cruise itineraries.

These achievements were made possible through our strategic investments in terminal infrastructure, streamlined passenger services, safety and security enhancements, and close coordination with cruise operators and shorex providers. Our commitment to reliability, scalability, and sustainable operations remains at the core of our service offering.

As we look ahead to the second semester of 2025 and beyond, Pelindo Regional 3 reaffirms its dedication to serving as a trusted and future-ready cruise gateway. We warmly welcome deeper collaboration to expand itinerary development, elevate guest experience, and support the continued rise of Southeast Asia as a must-visit cruise destination.

Thank you once again for being part of our journey.
We look forward to welcoming your ships and guests at our ports in the near future.

With appreciation,

Operation Division Pelindo Regional 3
